Trish Oppie-Owner / Stylist – First I would like to personally thank you for visiting our website and invite you into our salon. I started working in the salon in grade school as the brush girl, watching two of my older sisters do hair. It was their love and passion for people and making them feel good about themselves that convinced me at a young age as to what I wanted to do in life. I attended Hair Dynamics after graduating from High School and returned back to Laramie to start my career. A few years I knew I wanted to own my own salon. Grand Stylist became a reality in 1993 in the basement of the old brick building on the corner of 16th and Grand Avenue, hence the name. After 5 years we moved our salon to our current location, and have been on 22nd Street for 17 years. Our salon has A LOT of clients that have been with us from the very beginning. Since I have been in this industry forever, I have advanced education with Joico, Rusk, Paul Mitchell, TIGI, Tony and Guy and L’Oréal Professional. My favorite is color and highlights. I pride myself by giving great customer service and listening to what my client wants. Ultimately, I appreciate each and every one of the clients of Grand Stylist.
Linda Mahaffey– Linda has been working with Trish at Grand Stylist for 21 years. Linda attended Classic Beauty School and Graduated in 1990. Linda overall has 25 years of experience in the industry. Her main specialty is short hair, but she also does color, perms, haircuts, and waxing.
Andrea Wood Porter-Merrill– Andrea has been a part of the Grand Stylist for 10 years and in the industry for 12 years. She attended Capri College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and graduated in 2003. She has been to several TIGI training hair shows. She loves doing color and highlights, but she loves the most is making people feel great when they walk out!

In 2005 Jamie completed a Master stylist Apprenticeship program. She loves doing colors and changing people’s appearances. She relocated from Colorado, and is working on building a clientele here in Laramie.
